Our Catering Menus

At Catering by Design, we’re known for our creative curated menus that will make you and your guests savor every single bite. Our expert culinary team, led by our award-winning Chef/Owner, Cade Nagy, will ensure the food looks as good as it tastes. Our dedication to quality is unrivaled and each menu is customized to your tastes. Oh, and did we mention that our menu items are cooked on-site? We bring the kitchen to your event venue and have a trained team of Event Chefs to expertly cook and prepare your menu fresh…not from a hot box.

We are inflexible on two things: Service and Quality. Our ingredients speak for themselves and are sourced locally whenever possible with an emphasis on flavor. And if you have any special dietary requirements for your menu (vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free) let us know, we’d be thrilled to build a menu that perfectly suits you and your guests.

    Seasonal Menu

    Our Seasonal Menus are created with seasonality in mind and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. From Palisade Peaches in the summer for our Fig & Peach Salad to heirloom squash in the fall for our Roasted Root Vegetable Chop Salad,  we aim to incorporate only the top quality in everything we do.

    Psst… It may be hard to think about winter and the holiday catering, but it is never too early!  Think about securing our services early this year…it will be a busy one and we don’t want you to miss out!

    We follow your lead when it comes to your event. Although we’re happy to share some sample menu ideas with you, we generally customize our menus around your vision for the day. We can accommodate a wide-range of catering choices and have an expert kosher caterer on staff, as well as the talent.
