Whole Roasted Cauliflower


  • 1 whole head cauliflower, trimmed of loose leaves

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup whole grain mustard

  • 2 cloves chopped garlic

  • salt and pepper


  • In a mixing bowl, stir garlic, mustard and yogurt together.
  • Liberally rub entire cauliflower with the mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place in a 300 degree oven and cook for about 45 minutes or until tender and browned.
