Boozy Palisade Peach Pops

Boozy Palisade Peach Pops


  • 2 peaches, sliced

  • 8 strawberries hulled and chopped

  • 2 oz. cointreau (you may substitute 1oz. vodka for 1 oz. cointreau)

  • 1 oz. sugar

  • Zest of one orange


  • Place all ingredients (except strawberries) in a food blender. Puree, then skim off the froth.
  • Stir the liquid from blender with the strawberries (do not blend)
  • Place in Popsicle molds.
  • Let freeze for 1 hour.
  • Remove from freezer and add sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 8 more hours.
