Boozy Palisade Peach Pops
2 peaches, sliced
8 strawberries hulled and chopped
2 oz. cointreau (you may substitute 1oz. vodka for 1 oz. cointreau)
1 oz. sugar
Zest of one orange
- Place all ingredients (except strawberries) in a food blender. Puree, then skim off the froth.
- Stir the liquid from blender with the strawberries (do not blend)
- Place in Popsicle molds.
- Let freeze for 1 hour.
- Remove from freezer and add sticks.
- Freeze for at least 8 more hours.
