Tomato Hand Pie Tart
Ingredients
1 dough pie sheet (4″ x 4″ square)
1 & 1/2 cups tomato jam
1/2 cup roasted tomatoes (in oil)
6 cherry heirloom tomatoes
6 ciliegene mozzarella balls
.01 ounces micro green basil mix
Directions
- Cut a 4″x4″ square out of a pie sheet ( 6 per pie dough sheet)
- Mix together tomato jam and roasted tomatoes to make tomato filling
- Spray muffin pan well with pan spray. Line with pie dough, fill with 2 tablespoons of tomato filling
- Top with fresh mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 350 Degrees F until golden (about 10-15 minutes)
- Top with fresh heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil
